Results:

a. Restructuring of distribution channels in Belgium and Holland, which will lead to an increase in sales to retail in 2010.

b. A significant increase of VENTS market-share on Belgium market.

c. Analysis of VENTS activities on European market.

The reasons for dismissal:

1. Inefficient organization of the department. Lack of corporate strategy.

2. Rudeness and lack of professionalism in management.

3. Low level of motivation.
