Responsible for defining the product strategy, end-to-end product and release management, market and competitive research, product marketing, analyst outreach, technical writing. 


  • Product owner for the entire product portfolio, responsible for end-to-end release management, from requirements and design to user acceptance testing.
  • Designed and developed new offerings based on self-service BI tools (using SAP Lumira and Tableau), as extensions to the core analytical platform.
  • Over the years, designed multiple iterations of Knoa's analytical solution on several BI platforms: Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy, and SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Adopted within the company the agile methodology in product management. Designed processes for managing the product backlog and release planning using tools from Atlassian.

  • Acted as a product and technical lead for the Premium Qualification process, a technical certification required for all SAP solution partners and executed with every major release.

  • Pioneered new concepts and methodologies in the user analytics space, establishing Knoa Software as a leading provider of user analytics software. 
  • Designed Knoa’s flagship product, User Experience Management (UEM), as a data collection, analytical, and reporting solution for companies running major enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft). .
  • Instrumental in forging a global alliance with SAP in 2007, for reselling Knoa's analytical product under the name SAP UEM by Knoa.
  • Developed the first versions of key components of Knoa's analytical software, including the data model, analysis engine, reporting and administration tools.
  • Developed several internal and external facing applications, with a wide range of functions (project tracking, bug reporting, customer support portal, etc.)
