Responsibilities : Developing marketing strategy, brand reputation and promotional opportunities in internet. I am in charge of 6 sales-managers + organize the work of SMM manager, a team of designers, programmer and in-house SEO specialist.
Achievements: Increased efficiency of sales-department 37%, integrated CRM system and client follow-up system, integrated call-tracking and performance analytics. Organized VoIP in office and call-distribution among responsible managers. Increased company's monthly revenue 12%. I am proud of my script, which allowed me to simplify performance evaluation of sales team.

Started projects: Gathered teams for 3 different projects and started 3 sub-services. Now maintain their profitability and develop them. One of the new services has ROI more than 270%.
