In Bob Moser’s current capacity as CEO at Morgan, he handles operating details that include the company’s exclusive relationship with NASCAR.Under Bob Moser’s leadership, Morgan offers its customers a range of opportunities for their travel needs. Moser oversees some 1.5 billion dollars in real estate that includes manufactured housing communities and apartments as well as resorts. He also holds responsibility for commercial real estate such as shopping centers and industrial offices owned by the company. Morgan Management was founded by Robert Morgan in 1976, and it first focused on manufactured housing communities. In its 36 years of operation, the enterprise has expanded to include a variety of real estate ventures. Morgan RV resorts now provides resort vacations in regional destinations. Its offerings include a range of accommodations for park models as well as enclosed camping units. Bob Moser came to the company with a background in economics and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Morgan RV Resorts, Moser was a licensed real estate broker with RJM Properties. His investment sales covered a range of territory in the Northeast, which included New Hampshire, New York, and Connecticut. Bob Moser completed his Bachelor of Arts at Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he graduated with honors in Economics and a specialization in Finance.
