Construction Manager

The Rock Church

The Rock Church hired me to manage the construction of a $55M renovation of a 200,000 sft. • Obtained a rebate from the local utility by achieving a 22.1% higher energy efficiency than required under Title 24.  This saved the organization $83,000/year in annual operating costs and earned the Owner a bonus of $92,500 from the utility company.
  • Completed the project  $778,265 under budget.

I also managed the renovation of a 47,000 sq. ft. corporate office space, that included adding a mezzanine to an occupied area without disrupting the ongoing office operations.
