Served lead role on non-emergency medical transportation firm’s marketing, sales and advertising departments. Responsible for managing a team of field marketing reps to solicit company, reach growth quotas, and accomplish objectives set forth by owners. Worked directly with CEO and Director of Operations to ensure the flow of business was unhindered at all times. Composed detailed business plan to accomplish company objectives and stay within P&L goals. Responsible for hiring, training and monitoring of staff.Organized weekly company meetings and conference calls between firm locations and drafted reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for accountability. Devoted time to optimizing both locations of the company (San Antonio and McAllen).
