Interpersonal Communication/Conflict Resolution

I took an Interpersonal Communication course as part of my major and put the skills I learned to use on a regular basis through my leadership positions.

Behavior Analysis

As part of my Business Administration minor I took Organizational Behavior, which taught me how to analyze behavior, find the root problem, and come up with solutions.


As Copy Chief, I completed payroll for the 14+ copy desk staff. As a Business Administration minor I have took accounting and finance courses. 


As Copy Chief, I created and implemented training for a staff of 14+ copy editors. I also held training sessions for the full Index staff of 65+ people.


Through my journalism classes and Index employment, I followed stories from story idea to completion in multiple platforms.
