Managing diversity

Today there are four age groups in the workforce, diversity of cultures and lifestyles I thrive in such an environment making the workplace a place of passion and fun to excell for all.

Revenue production

Building and maintaining revenue streams is the life blood of all organizations. In the not-for-profit arena it is non dues generation and in the profit world it is execution and management to budget keeping to and exceeding revenue plans. I have a ten year success track record in both.

Project Management

From creative idea to execution of plan the need for project management integrated with available human capital is the key to any successful acttivity. I have learned over the last ten years how to do both very well.
