•Performed Project Management for T-Mobile's Cell site construction program. Over 300 cell sites managedinvolving maintaining task templates and assignments within work orders. Negotiated complex actions related to all Cell site telecommunications installations.

·Performed Outside Plant Engineering for SBC’s Project Light Speed. Over250 Fiber Feeder Backbone and F2 Fiber-To-The-Node Line Conditioning work orders completed including Planning and Engineering. Projects successfully completed involving nearly $5,000,000 in Capital investment.

·Conducted ongoing competitive intelligence gathering and analysis, evaluate competitors' capabilities and financial circumstances; identified new players, products, and services in the marketplace for Kestrel Solutions Marketing.

·Implemented Product planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Software Testing and Management for Volt Delta’s Operator Services Software. Included projects for GTE and AT&T involving speech and voice recognition. Utilized ASPECT, TANDEM, WINDOWS NT, MICROSOFT SQL SERVER, TCP/IP technologies. Included formulation of business plans and contract administration for multiple vendors.

·Performed research and analysis for Direct Net’s product marketing projects as switch partitioning, vendor selection for card services, and billing rate determination for international markets.

·Devised Visio schematics for Direct Net’s complex circuits for international routing of voice/data applications. Customers included the U.S. Embassy and other various companies dealing with the Czech Republic, Russia, and England.

·Coordinated the construction logistics of a switch room addition for a facilities-based U.S. carrier.

·Designed, performed project management for SLC-2000 Switching/Transport Systems and provided SONET Fiber Facilities for Competitive Local Exchange Carrier’s Points of Presence in the United States.

·Performed project, program management, analysis for over 500 Cellular-PCS sites for Pacific Bell Mobile Services. Involved a successfully managed team of Site Acquisition, RF, Construction, and Operations people. Activities included recruitment, training, managing network testing for California market. Utilized advanced test equipment, and published test reports. Budget involved over $700 million.

·Analyzed Pacific Bell's Orange County fiber rings for present requirements and future growth needs.

GTE/VERIZON

·Engineered GTE’s local loop telecommunications for the Cities of Huntington Beach and Westminster,California. Included extensive Outside Plant and Central Office applications as voice, data, T1, fiber, PairGain, and carrier for aerial, buried, and underground conduit runs.

·Monitored and analyzed Los Angeles business corridor for the forecasting of business activities. Present and future Outside/Inside Plant, and Central Office capital investment projects involved large GTE accounts valued at over $100 million.

·Performed staff engineering functions as developing GTE standards for equipment and procedures.

·Wrote documentation for GTE’s Engineering Department standards, practices, and proprietary software.

·Prepared financial cost data, written testimony to support documentation for GTE rate increase request from the California Public Utilities Commission. $150 million earned in additional revenues. Included strategic planning, contract administration.

·Answered inquiries from the FCC and various consumer groups.

·Presented advocacy letters for GTE Governmental Affairs officers.

·Performed market and competitive intelligence analysis, benchmarking for GTE's successfully profitable entry into the 976-Pay-For-Information Services. Over $50 million in revenues attained.
