Office Worker

McArthur and Levin, LLP

As an office worker for school-district lawyers, my tasks consisted of a series of filing and organizing. I had to organize e-mails by school district and student, file them into boxes, create labels, consolidate boxes of papers into organized binders, and so on. My job was to keep the office organized so the lawyers would be able to find what they needed very quickly and so that their office would be neater, and they could function with more ease.

Sales Associate

Victoria's Secret

I was hired for the semi-annual sale over the summer, in which they needed a surplus of employees. My tasks included greeting customers, working the cash register, asking them if they needed any help, promoting specific products, and checking up on them from time to time. Also, if an indivdual needed help, I would help them find the products they needed, or check if certain products are available at other stores. Overall, whatever the customer needed, it was my job to find them what they wanted and keep them happy.

Country Inn

I greeted customers with a friendly face and sat them down at a table based on section rotations and personal needs. I answered the phones and took to-go orders, and provided information for inquiring individuals. I worked as a cashier and cleaned windows as well. I was not only required to do one job, I had to perform a number of different tasks.
