Manage and refine all aspects of company s contracted business; successfully grew international revenues 20% YOY, with impressive, profitable, $40+/day yield, in aggressive downward-pricing marketplace. Increased Canadian contracted revenues 100%; grew Latin American and Caribbean sales 25%; and, introduced and setup Asia Pacific sales efforts. As Vice President International Operations; supervised management and staff responsible for international contracting, reservations, customer service, and business analysis.

Led organization with 10 staff through ongoing revenue growth initiatives and critical restructuring efforts. Supervised 22 locations, staff of 12 and revenues of $250M. Restructured sales agent and new-hire training programs and increased sales yield 88%.
