  • Doctoral dissertation focused on identifying faculty behaviors online undergraduate students perceived negatively; behaviors with the potential to deteriorate student satisfaction and success in online learning environments.
  • The study provides data and findings for future research and will assist faculty and institutions with improving faculty-student interaction in asynchronous online learning environments.


Adjunct Professor, School of Business

As an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris University Illinois, I teach the "Role of the Professional in Society" (Human Relations), "Operations Management", and "Small Business Management" undergraduate classes. I develop and conduct interactive in-class experience-based learning activities as well as written assignments consistent with the students' knowledge base, skill competency, and individual learning needs. I correct and provide substantive feedback to students for homework, quizzes, tests, written and in-class assignments promptly. I serve as a professional role model for students in the areas of collaboration, communication, excellence, and appearance.
