A natural "connector," Bill Bladykas has overseen growing businesses for over 30 years. His enthusiasm for building relationships and encouraging collaboration has placed him everywhere from President to the Chamber of Commerce to the Coalition for the Homeless. His most recent venture was transforming a relatively small gourmet food and gift shop into a destination shopping experience. The strength of his retail storefront was maximized by a strong internet presence, extensive knowledge and aptitude in internet advertising and strong relationship building. After 12 successful years, Bill sold his business in January, 2009 at the height of its success. Bill's philosophy on business, whether selling widgets or professional services, is to make every contact a valued experience. In light of the current economic conditions, consumers are longing to make every purchase count. Bill's strength is recognizing ways your organization can exceed the perceived relative quality of your products and services. A graduate of CW Post at Long Island University, Bill earned his BS in Business Administration. He has been married to his wife, Lauren, for 27 years and they have three children. Bill and Lauren were facilitators of PreCana marriage preparation in their parishes in East Northport, NY and Mattituck, NY. Bill has taken his experience as a PreCana facilitator to help counsel fellow business men and women following the premise of the "Three C's" (communication, commitment and community). He believes this is the foundation to a more rewarding and fulfilling personal and professional life. Some of Bill's current and past board associations are past president and long term board member of the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce, current board member of the North Fork Promotion Council, current member of the Mattituck Stakeholders Committee, past member of NY Congressman Tim Bishop's Small Business Advisory committee, past board member of the Huntington Coalition for the Homeless, and past chair of St. Anthony's Parish Outreach Program in East Northport, NY.
