Led, managed and controlled regional operations to ensure that business strategies and market plans were prepared and executed to meet objectives. Started up new regional offices, recruited and organised local personnel. Supervised five direct reports, 16 employees and led project teams of all sizes up to 35 team members. Successfully led the acquisition of a large energy company (€300 million turnover and 1,600 employees) and then actively participated in the management and integration. Had full profit-and-loss responsibility and reported directly to the Executive Group Management.
