Garmin International

Hired as 1st and only trainer by an industry leader to start corporate training department       for 3,000 employees in 9 locations, including a leadership training program for 300                   managers.

►Consistently made significant improvements to multiple areas of focus, including                         Executive Leadership, Professional Development, Strategy, Customer Experience,                       Marketing and HR/Hiring.

►Built and implemented new-hire orientation for 1,000 FTEs in 15 months. Partnered with      marketing department to produce a Corporate Training Video for North American                        associates.

►Conducted all regulatory training (anti-harassment, safety & security, insider trading) for           all North America locations, many programs still in use today.
