As a Business Analyst for Philip Morris Concord plant, was responsible for the collection of functional requirements, software/hardware testing, and implementation(upgrade) of 600 desktop/laptop workstations from MS 95/98 operating systems to newer Dell computers, using Active Directory and Windows XP.
