I am an Entrepreneur, Tech Enthusiast and Digital Nomad who was born and brought up the historical city of Kolkata. After completing my schooling in the city, I relocated to Bhubaneswar where I did my Bachelors of Technology in Civil Engineering from KIIT University. After a brief stint of two years in the Middle East, I came back to India and pursued my MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. I am also a founder of two technology startups.

I am also a certified Digital Transformation expert from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Our main focus being on IoT Projects, Cyber Security, Turnkey IT Infrastructure Projects, Business Process Development, Software Development, Application Development, Design and Manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards and Support Services.

Worked as Civil Engineer with Daelim Industrial in the Engineering, Procurement and
Construction of LPG Train-4 Project & Fluid Catalytic Crackers (FCC) Revamp Project at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC)'s Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery (MAA), Kuwait.


  • Assigned the responsibility of Civil Construction Coordination.
  • Supervising daily activities as per the drawings approved by the client.
  • Coordinating among other supervisors and departments regarding site requirements on an urgent basis.
  • Reviewing and preparing method statements and work procedures as per Shell DEP’s, Project Variations, site conditions and requirements.
  • In charge of all activities associated in the operations area and dealing with client representatives employed there.
  • Preparing official letters for client and sub-contractor correspondences.
  • Keeping track of the validity of all work-related documents required to work in the operations area.
  • Associated in Planning & Cost Control of Department for Base Line & Micro Level Schedules, Manpower, Machineries requirements and Monthly Cash Flows.
  • Involved in the preparation of Macro & Micro Schedules using Microsoft Project 2010 & Primavera P6.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to higher authorities and Clients.
  • Playing an active role in project coordination between Clients to Site Level, Day to Day monitorings for critical activities, Planned in advance of near-critical activities and also project priorities.
  • Arranging Progress Meetings for internal team sites and allocating the resources on a priority basis to meets the Progress as scheduled.
  • Attending Weekly Meetings with PMC, Main Client and Organization top management to represent project progress and discussing hindrances if any.
  • Reporting Schedule & Cost Impact delays due to area clearances delayed by allied parties to higher management on time.
