Future Leaders Program
The Future Leader Program provided me with a pathway from operational team member to the role of Duty Manager. The program has developed confidence and provided me with a platform to brush off my leadership skills. Level One – Front Line Experience Provided me with a solid foundation of skills with complete work assignments in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Portering, Reception, Food & Beverage, Logistics and Night Audit. Level Two – Supervisory Experience Helped me build supervisory competence and provided me with an opportunity to gain experience managing the work of others and build my essential people management skills as a supervisor. Level Three – Duty Management Provided hands on management experience where I had an opportunity to manage multiple functions and tasks as a Duty Manager.
