Chosen by Senior Management to lead the project of legacy mass mailing systems for adherence to United States Postal Service regulatory guidelines. This twelve-month project involved interacting with both internal and external operations groups and technical professionals to upgrade the Pitney-Bowes software system throughout the entire bank. The net result of the project was to recapture $10MM of potential losses in postage discounts. This project involved extensive coordination among departments and vendors to keep this project within financial and time budgets.Implemented Enterprise Change Management System to streamline the tracking of enterprise–wide quality initiatives and process improvement projects.This concurrent one-year project involved producing scorecards and metrics to measure the productivity of individual jobs and teams.The net result of instituting these project tracking systems was to improve internal communications and reduce the average project cycle time by 30%

Redesigned process flow and functional scope of team underwriting to ensure compliance and document quality. Defined accountability criteria for individuals from set-up through post closing review. Manual changes implemented within 30 days. Established risk control matrix to monitor process flow and individual performance in key roles.  Automated compliance work flow stream to accommodate automated process flow of reclamation routines.  Designed and implemented program-specific scorecards to monitor performance. Improved Final Document Quality from 64% error free to 100% in 4 months. Resolved workflow issues through adaptive resource allocation to meet time sensitive process using Six Sigma methodology.

Conceptualized, proposed and developed a web-based software product for the re-employment of technical, professional and managerial persons. Managed and lead cross-functional team in designing, developing and launching statewide program focused on giving ease of use access to the customer base.  Involved complex technology solution management, emerging technology, portal development and the application of this technology to business solutions. Used rules based Six Sigma and LEAN methodology applied to ‘Change Management’ to over come resistance. Critical to Quality factors were identified to free up staff to focus on strategically important issues. Anticipated savings in the millions of dollars with tremendous elevation in customer service.

Provided project management, sales and support in cross-functional environment.  Matrix managed sales, marketing and enablement activities that supported end-to-end campaigns with industry expertise in data management solutions, products and tools. Worked with large multinational vendors and IBM counterparts for profitable cross-product sale of knowledge management products.  Formulated compelling product positioning campaigns for maximum impact and sales. Developed Go-To-Market Strategy for multi-million dollar integration offerings to Tier 2-3 vendors.

Created new business and service offering of Graphical User Interface to 5250-based systems. Responsible for sales, marketing and project delivery to Fortune 1000 clients. Negotiated with clients, managed resources and executed multiple high dollar opportunities.  Profit and loss responsibility.Built and developed profitable on going relationships with software vendors and large end users;JD Edwards, Navisys (Div. of American General Ins.), American Red Cross, W.L. Gore & Assoc., Rhone-Poulenc Chemical Co., Horizon Bank resulting in multiple year contracts.  Designed and implemented a highly effective go-to-market strategy for a groundbreaking new client-server based GUI offering.  Directed process improvement team to work with multinational companies for key application and infrastructure projects.
