About Bill Minick, Attorney

An accomplished attorney based in Dallas, TX, Bill Minick is the president of risk management consulting firm PartnerSource. Since establishing the firm in 1994, he has represented thousands of employers around the country and helped developed effective alternatives to traditional workers’ compensation plans. Specifically, attorney Bill Minick works with insurance brokers and employers to implement “nonsubscriber” and “option” programs that facilitate economic development and improve medical outcomes for injured workers.

William Minick attended Abilene Christian University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in finance. He then received a juris doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a master of laws from Southern Methodist University. In addition to his leadership role within PartnerSource, he speaks frequently at risk management industry events, including those sponsored by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the National Academy of Social Insurance. Active within various civic organizations (Boy Scouts of America, ACU, City of University Park, Arms of Hope and others), he also played a role in the formation of the Association for Responsible Alternatives to Workers' Compensation, the Texas Alliance of Nonsubscribers and the Oklahoma Injury Benefit Coalition.
