About Me

As a cofounder and former Partner of TCIP Investment Partnership and Reef Equity, Bill McNutt III acted on his interest in detecting business opportunities in need of additional financial backing and marketing expertise throughout the Southeastern and the Southwestern United States. Educated at Southern Methodist University and Vanderbilt University, Bill McNutt III holds more than 30 years of experience working in executive capacities, starting at Collin Street Bakery as the Vice President for International Sales. From 1988 to 1990, Bill McNutt III served in the Reagan White House, on the national campaign staff of George H.W. Bush for President, the Presidential Transition team and at the Department of Labor. The following year, he founded International Direct Marketing Consultants, Inc., and presided over the company. With notable clients, such as J.C. Penney Corporation, Inc.; Neiman Marcus Direct; and Proxy Teleservices, Bill McNutt III led the company in direct marketing and to receive a professional service award from the International Trade Association of Dallas/Fort Worth. Looking at other business ventures in 1998, Bill McNutt III helped found Manning Media International, raising money to start the firm before turning a profit as the only U.S.-based mailing list brokerage company focused on international mailing lists.Bill McNutt III continued to develop businesses at home and abroad, from raising over $3 million for ProsoftTraining.com in Austin, Texas, to cofounding Grupo Publimail in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These experiences made Bill McNutt III an ideal choice for the role of Chief Marketing Officer for New Media Gateway, Inc., in 2000, raising money from investors for the firm’s manufacturing and sales of custom CD-ROM content. In his free time, Bill McNutt III enjoys spending time with his family, weightlifting, and reading biographies of prominent figures. He has served on the Boards of many companies, including Daybook Atlanta, Transition Capital, Manning Media International, and Publimail of Argentina.
