Since 1991, attorney Bill Goodrich has provided legal counsel for clients at his private practice, Goodrich Legal Services. Bill Goodrich serves clients in California, New York, and abroad in the areas of corporate, real estate, technology and trademark licensing, debt restructuring, and employee relations law. In addition, he handles a host of cases related to finance law, including bankruptcies, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing. Bill Goodrich has also put together a nationwide network of lawyers to serve Goodrich Legal Services, many of whom help distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure through loan modifications.

Prior to establishing Goodrich Legal Services, Bill Goodrich served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Silica Development Corporation, where he managed 28 medical and multifamily properties located across the country. He acted as a key figure in acquiring, developing, constructing, and financing the properties. Mr. Goodrich oversaw property management and construction activities for Silica Development, including a 650-acre golf resort located in Baja, Mexico. Prior to that position, Bill Goodrich practiced law in New York, representing clients involved in international transactions and commercial and financial matters, which provided invaluable experience which later served him in his practice at Goodrich Legal Services. From 1968 to 1973, Mr. Goodrich served as a legal counsel for various corporate clients in New York and Connecticut. His notable work during this time included the IPO for Arthur Treacher’s Fish and Chips and the merger of Allegheny Airlines and Mohawk Airlines into USAir (now US Airways).

As President of Goodrich Legal Services, Bill Goodrich holds membership in the State Bar of California’s Real Property Law Section and graduated with his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He is also a member of the Bar in Connecticut and New York.
