Actively involved in company operations, product development and product growth strategy of start-up software technology company that develops disruptive captioning technology for use on mobile devices, online applications and through broadcast television. Responsible for developing/maintaining product improvement models, assessing project paths, and capturing, tracking and communicating with current Vubotics software users/registrants.  Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and users, including large media companies and mobile device/cellular service providers and manufacturers. Also, have assisted with bankruptcy emergence including drafting long-term company plans and disclosure statements to be presented to the court.


  • Created and delivered presentation to the Technology Association of Georgia's selection committee for the 2008 Top 10 Most Innovative Technology Companies in Georgia. Vubotics was selected as a "sweet 16" semifinalist among 40 technology companies in the state.
  • Developed the architecture for the Vubotics product line.
  • Increased registered users of Vubotics technology by 300 percent in six months. 
  • Conducted multiple product presentations to potential/existing investors, customers and partners.
  • Helped team to secure $2 million in investment capital.

Financial Services Systems Manager

InComm Inc.

Directed multiple pre-paid card platforms as part of the team for the largest provider of pre-paid services in the world. Created and implemented the Vanilla Visa gift card, and managed the FastCard and GreenCard Visa. Also supervised 35 professionals who comprised the teams for these three programs including IT project managers, business analysts, application support specialists, customer service managers, 24-hour customer service staff, card production team members, inventory and design specialists, and fraud prevention experts. Led the program to attain Visa CISP certification (obtained in November 2005) that included meeting more than 400 requirements ranging from networking and information security to business processes and product design.


  • Exceeded launch expectations of Vanilla Visa gift card which grossed $10 million in first six months despite being constrained to only three merchants and a total of 600 retail locations.
  • Developed a "card inventory tracking system" that revolutionized the industry.
  • Achieved Visa CISP certification for InComm allowing issuance of Visa bin numbers. This highly complex and mission-critical process requires companies to meet 400+ requirements and is reviewed quarterly and annually.

  • Designed and implemented more efficient process for initiating new projects, including defining required information, assigning responsibilities and enforcing process until company culture accepted it.
  • New process/system reduced errors and time-to-market by nearly 50 percent.
