Presently developing procedures for Passive House construction, a highly efficient home designed to obtain substantial energy savings.  Passiv Haus was developed in Germany for cold climates but works equally well in hot zones.  Goal:  Produce a product which is comparable in price point to conventional home construction through efficient use of materials and labor.  This method does require a high level of quality control in air infiltration mitigation as well as balancing pressures within the home.

If one were to consider living off the grid, a Passive House would be the best way to minimize the power necessary to maximize an economic benefit.

Primary contractor in on-going tenant improvement and building maintenance projects for the Medical Research Institute at the Presbyterian Hospital complex in San Francisco.  Built clean rooms, operating rooms, laboratories and computer installations as well as managed the installation of medical diagnostic equipment and systems.At MRI, an excellent working knowledge of Type I, mid-rise MEP systems to successfully manage subcontractors to seamless closeouts of projects ahead of strict move-in deadlines was achieved.Developed and/or built 18 small industrial and commercial projects including self storage buildings.
