Sr. HR Associate Talent Acquisition
This role is responsible to fulfill all recruitment needs of Business & Support Groups of the Bank proactively and to ensure recruitment follows approved budgets and policy / procedure.
Principal accountabilities includes following
- To facilitate business groups in hiring by scrutinizing documents, liaising with OD, arranging interviews, making hiring approvals, ensuring compliance of HR policy matters
- Monitoring Department’s head count budgets and ensuring TATs are met.
- To collect all pre joining documents, coordination with the candidate and respective HR Coordinator and recruitment team.
- Keeping track of issued employee letters and their joining.
- To ensure that the candidate’s interview experience and Hiring Manager’s recruitment experience is up to the mark.
- Facilitate HR- associates on various projects.
