Phuong Nga Toys JSC. (PNC Toys) is a leading distributor of branded toys for the children market in Vietnam with exclusively international brands including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price etc.
- Constantly conduct and monitor market research including information of the market, consumer behavior, competitors’ activities and evaluate our brand position vs. competitors’ brand
- Responsible and coordinate with Event/Activation team, Media team and creative team and other departments or agency (activation, Print Ad, PR, Media…) to organize and accomplish each strategy, event, and campaign within the approved budget.
- Be responsible and coordinate directly with sales team and key customers (CoopMart, Big C, Aeon, Lotte…) to implement trade marketing activities, merchandising, POSM for all distribution channels, retail stores of your assigned brands. Ensure high standard of brand image, timeline and effectiveness for marketing plan and sales plan.
- Monitor and supervise closely the execution to ensure the timeline and effectiveness of the event, campaign. Contribute and involve to achieve revenue sale target and increase profitability for the brands.
- Evaluate and analyze the result of each campaign and sales volume , report to Brand Manager after every campaigns.
- Provide effective managing, coaching, training to develop branding team for all marketing, campaign, program collateral
