Current Events





Developed and implemented training programs that reduced employee turnover 15%, workers compensation claims 20% and increased guest satisfaction on comment cards 18%.  Created comprehensive training program including expanded new hire orientation, a revived safety committee and customer service upgrades.


Developed new marketing campaign and branding for Snowmass Village, Colorado that included internet marketing, public relations, an award-winning advertising program, (two HSMAI Silver Awards), direct marketing, sales, reservations and collateral development.

Driving Revenue

Ability to identify markets that will maximize top line revenues for the organization. Examples include the Kapalua Bay Hotel where the first profitable year was fueled by gross revenues not seen at the property in its history, The Inn at Aspen where revenues exceeded budget by over 8% of previous successful year, and Lakeway Resort and Spa where revenues improved by over 50% from previous year. During a five year period, (2001-2006) developed and executed the sales action plan that resulted in over $44 million dollars in lodging revenue for properties in Snowmass Village.

The Inn at Aspen

Responsible for the complete operation and financial performance of The Inn at Aspen’s 122 condo/hotel rooms and food and beverage operation. Managed The Inn at Aspen homeowner association and acted as liaison for the 2007 Winter X Games while negotiating The Inn at Aspen as the headquarters for the 2008-2010 Winter X Games.

Lakeway Resort and Spa

Responsible for full operation including complete financial performance for all departments including 168 guest rooms, newly developed condominiums, 26,000 square feet of meeting space, fitness center and 5,000 square foot full service spa. Special Events including summer concert series (Live at the Lake) with over 11,000 attendees.

Snowmass Village Resort Assn.

Responsible for convention and visitors bureau functions of Snowmass Village Resort Association including group sales, reservation center, management of 25,000 square foot convention center, social marketing, events & activities and a $5 million dollar budget. Association comprised of over 1,200 members and operated as a 501c3, not for profit business.

Responsible for complete operation and financial performance of 194 room four diamond hotel and over 150 1, 2 and 3 bedroom private villas.Facilitated ownership transitions, property upgrades, and played an integral role in the marketing of special events, including PGA golf tournaments, wine symposiums, and music festivals.
