- Handling induction, Explaining policies of the company.
- Internal Audit.
- Formulate retention strategies and help retain talent.
- Conduct one-on-one, skip levels with the employees
- Work with the team to evaluate Early Warning Systems analysis reports and determine employee retention strategies.
- Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Responsible for Auditing & driving HR Processes & Policies
- Organize fun/ team building activities and encourage participation of team members
- Handling the escalations from employees with reference to payroll, HR Operations and Admin Facilities.
- Coordinate Performance management activities and employee surveys.
- Drive performance improvement program within processes
- Interacting and taking responsibilities for handling companies Events.
- Working on Human Resource Management System and Spring Board tools.
- Organizing and Coordinating with Team for Training session.
- Exit Interviews.
