  • Responsible for setting up production site worth $20 Million
  • Conducting in-depth techno-commercial feasibility studies, market analysis and economic evaluation and preparing expenditure requests to obtain projects funding and capital budget

  • Supporting Engineering team during the Basic Design and Engineering Package phase (BDEP) and subsequent phases (EPC, start up and commissioning).

    • Led a team of 15 professionals from diverse backgrounds, for Greenfield and shop floor projects
    • Responsible for initialization, procurement, installation, commissioning and final testing of the projects.
    • Managed and allocated finances to the projects worth $ 2MM
    • Vendor managed multiple MNCs like Siemens, ABB, Forbes Marshall, Pep Fuchs, Rockwell and various departments for equipment and deliverables

    • Daily performance monitoring of the team and co-ordination
    • Commissioned 3*25TPH Gas fired fire tube and 2*80TPH Coal fired water tube boilers.
    • Installed and commissioned field instruments of Forbes Marshall, Emerson, Siemens, Pep Fuchs in water and gas line. The result was better accountability and reduced wastage.
    • Commissioned 3 Gas Mixing Stations that made use of flue gases of different process to combine as fuel for the power plant and Blast Furnace. Reliance on coal was reduced by 5%
    • Implemented PLC (Rockwell & Siemens) and SCADA. Utility data from entire plant was configured at central location resulting in efficient monitoring and real time decision making
    • Worked on multiple Instrumentation Protocols including HART, RS-232, RS-485
    • Initiated Satellite based error detection over the existing GSM. The result was precise, timely control and enhanced safety
