On the basis of request received from Wipro's global client (Du telecom) provide cost effective services to the clients current technology( GPON,Msan,ME34) in order to improve performance.
To Understand customer requirements & its validation.
Building & deploying PE-CE device configuration ,Test & turn-up, Logical amend activities according to service requirement.
Troubleshooting & rectifying PE-CE issues occurred, provide root analysis to fault ticket booked.
Working with various teams & tools for fault management & resolve the ticket.
Working in OMD (Order Management Desk) which is a Part of Consumer Service Fulfillment.
Provisioning of Work Orders from Start to the Completion.
Coordinating with the Field Technicians for TSP updates after installation.
Verifying and assigning CPE as per technology and location.
Creating Service Circuit’s for automation.
Maintaining and escalating Inflow, Outflow, Backlogs reports on daily basis.
Preparing KPI and SLA.
