Transmission Network Improvement objective is to review the transmission network and identify current network status, configuration and bottlenecks. The service is divided into the audit and implementation part. A set of recommended actions for network improvements is provided in the audit part.

  • Lead the independent audit of the transmission network to examine the performance with respect to set KPI's and to verify that the system is performing as per Network planning documents. Escalate any ambiguity observed for immediate corrective action.
  • Conducts analysis of traffic load on individual transmission links and recommend required expansion and upgrade.
  • Liaise with other divisional staff and contractors on the timely completion and commissioning of the Transmission contracted projects.
