Since 1998, Brian has been working in the creation of web/interactive software products for large and small corporations, interactive advertising agencies and an independent consultancy. He’s held the positions of project manager, producer, copywriter, marketing manager and consultant for information architecture and user experience design consultant. Through such diverse professional experiences, Brian has received on-the-job training and invaluable insights toward marketing, creative, engineering and finance processes from different business environments. As a result of producing and managing projects for several big advertising agencies as well as consulting in the field of experience design, Brian is very comfortable owning and presenting project scopes, SOWs, proposals, budgets, resource assessments, progress reports, change orders and data analyses to executive‐level management. Before consulting, he held management positions in ecommerce business units (for HP and SONY) where he was acting client stakeholder to advertising and PR agencies, search marketing firms and affiliate marketing services. Due in large part to the ubiquity of information for end-users across multi-platform web systems, Brian is particularly passionate about integrating user experience design principles (UX) in practice throughout the interactive project lifecycle.
