Vice President of Sales
Provide vision and business focus to Sales Division. Provide effective leadership in the development of successful organizational strategic and business plans. Build a dynamic culture and motivate team that is dedicated to the success of customers, employees and managers. Ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to maximize and develop the company’s sales. Set and monitor sales and marketing strategic direction and growth strategies; ensure the development of sales and marketing programs and improvement initiatives that support business objectives; establish and monitor key indicators and other tools that measure accountability in the area of sales; monitor efficiency of Sales Division operations; plan and manage Sales Division P&L/operating budgets; develop a high-performance team through effective management, organization, development and motivation of personnel.
