Beth is a Human Resources Coordinator who has experience in entry-level recruiting, benefit management, training and development, performance reviews and payroll. Over the past two years working at Edelman, she has spearheaded projects like internal investigation guidelines, I-9 auditing and management, benefits open enrollment, and intern and trainee recruitment and program development.
As she stepped into a recruiting role in mid-2008, Beth began implementing new media strategies into Edelman's recruitment process. She has a presence on LinkedIn and has successfully introduced Twitter to Edelman D.C.'s recruitment process.
Beth is a constant learner and is eager to introduce best practices to the HR team. She keeps up with numerous HR blogs from around the country and as a member of SHRM, she keeps a careful eye on changes in policy and trends in HR.
