I maintain all employee files for the SVC, Review and process all merits termination promotions demotions and changes in position for the SVC, create and maintain offer letters and all DQF files, Maintain and review Union contract, Create modify and post CareerBuilder ads, facilitate I-9 process, Educated, trained, updated, and consulted management on policy changes, onboarding, code of conduct, FMLA policy and benefits information.Guided leaders and managers through complex employee relations issues.
