Time Management

Arriving for work on time is an essential skill in work and life.

Verbal communication

Talking to customers when working in all saints and when lifeguarding uses key verbal and personable communication skills


Captain of many sports teams such as swimming and tennis captain in sixth form.



Part sports teams such as the university netball where teamwork is an essential part of the game. Also been part of the University equestrian team coming 3rd in the league table.


Achievements and interests

  • The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) 8thEdition-IQL – Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding, Intervention, Supervision and Rescue (QCF)
  • Fully trained in CPR and first aid
  • Horse riding-Member of the Ledbury hunt pony club and participated in many team events such as team show jumping, dressage and Eventing. Also represented Cardiff metropolitan university achieving 3rd place overall in the BUCS league.
  • Swimming-regular and competent swimmer as it one of the best sports to do to maintain fitness levels. Previously competed at club level, individually and within a team.
  • Netball-Member of the university netball team and previously played in sixth form.
  • Running-Keen runner as it is a great way to maintain fitness and keep healthy.
  • Travelling-Inter-railing around Europe (Amsterdam, Budapest, Prague, Slovenia and Croatia) for one month.
  • Full UK driving licence
