About Beth Hirschhorn

A Fortune 500 leader with extensive experience in brand building, generating new revenue streams and growing market share, Beth Hirschhorn currently operates as chief marketing officer and executive vice president of Kaplan, Inc. She previously held that title at MetLife, Inc. which she joined MetLife in 2002. In her initial role there as the vice president of U.S. insurance financial services, Ms. Hirschhorn led a team of 200 marketing specialists while overseeing an annual operating budget of $65 million. In March of 2005, Ms. Hirschhorn was promoted to senior vice president and chief marketing officer, leadership positions she maintained for six years. Late in 2011 she ascended from senior vice president to executive president while maintaining her comprehensive global marketing duties. Prior to joining MetLife, Beth Hirschhorn served for 15 years in various executive roles with JP Morgan Chase and Company.

Outside of her work as an executive leader and international marketing professional, Ms. Hirschhorn enjoys cooking and staying in shape by running. She has completed two New York City Marathons.
