Na Ankuse Wildlife Sanctuary, Teaching and Wildlife Volunteer
Windhoek, Namibia

Here I volunteered with wildlife and big cats at an internationally renowned wildlife conservation project in the Khomas region of Namibia. The unique program combined the opportunity to assist in a local school, helping the children with their studies , with the chance to work hands-on with the animals who came to the Sanctuary in need of rescue,  care and rehabilitation.

White Shark Project, Marine Conservation and Community Volunteer
Gaansbaii, South Africa

This project offered a unique opportunity to assist in the conservation and research of the Great White Shark in its natural environment by assisting to gather research from a boat and underwater diving cage. In addition to this project, I was also privileged to volunteer at the Masekhane/White Shark Project "Swop Shop" which combined conservation, social improvement and education.

These programs combined the opportunity to assist in local schools and after-school care programs, helping the children with their studies and school work and working hands on with endangered wildlife  to assist in vital research and rehabilitation.
