Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage and provide an exceptional customer service experience, building ongoing customer and business relationships.
  • Utilize advanced selling skills and knowledge (including cross-promotion of products and services) to meet the client’s needs and promote the brand.
  • Communicate passion for the brand, product and services with clients. Use knowledge of products and services to offer solutions to client’s individual situation.
  • Dispute resolution, negotiation, facilitating client complaints and feedback in a calm and diplomatic manner.
  • General retail duties, including in-store stock control and inventory, and ensuring store maintained clean and tidy.


Taking part in the 2013 &2016 York Show, 2015 & 2016 Retro Bike show and the 2015 Motorcycle & Scooter Show.

Wholesale travel company in the vibrant Tourism industry, which assists clients to plan their holidays and coordinate their travel plans.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Develop individualised travel plans for clients looking for an adventure, luxury, cultural experience all throughout Australia.

  • Designed and developed tours, organised itineraries, arranged tour escorts, made travel and accommodation reservations, offered face to face and telephone advice to customers.
  • Assisted Kalhaven Co’s tour operating partner company to develop brochure content and marketing programs.
  • Liaised with clients to quote holidays, converting these to bookings. Maximised sales and the customer satisfaction by using brand and product knowledge to suggest upgrades that would improve the client’s holiday experience.  
  • Offered excellent customer service, including conflict and dispute resolution in a calm and diplomatic manner.
  • Kept knowledge of the brand’s products up to date, required to maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.

Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple departments within the company including; Marketing, Reservations, Accounting and Senior Management Executives.

  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Word processing, data entry, filing,sort and distribute incoming mail, dispatch outgoing mail.

Organised reservations for travelling Government and Business Executives.

Selected for a two week long company paid trip to Western Australia's South West region, gaining first-hand experience and further knowledge of the tour packages and products on offer.

Interior design is of personal interest to me, I am thoroughly enjoying this course and appreciate the new skills and knowledge I am gaining from it.

FGASA Level 1 (Field Guide Association of Southern Africa)

A 60-day intensive training course which on completion I became qualified to work as a field (nature) guide in Southern Africa. The course qualified me to take tourists on guided walks and drives in non-dangerous game areas or on drives in dangerous game areas, gave me sound knowledge of tour guiding and furthered my leadership skills.

The programs combined the opportunity to assist in  local schools, helping the children with their studies and school work, with the chance to work - hands on - with the animals to assist in vital research and rehabilitation.
