I started my professional career as corporate lawyer, specialized in M&A, especially Due Diligences in HR. Later I became Head of Corporate Services before I was elected as Head of Corporate Human Resources & Organization of the Ascom Group with 10'000 employees. In 2003 I have started with IMD-International Institute for Management Development as Director Human Resources. There I created a state-of-the-art Human Resources Organization. Between 2005 and 2007 I was HR Consultant at the ABB/streamline group, specialized for consultancy in HR processes for multinational companies. Since 2007 I am Director of Worldwide Human Resources at VASCO, an American company, where I have created the international operational Headquarters in Switzerland and designed and implemented a worldwide professional HR organization.
