About Bernard Wolfsdorf

Respected immigration lawyer Bernard Wolfsdorf has risen to the top of his profession through his tireless efforts on behalf of his clients. After completing his studies at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Wolfsdorf began his career in Los Angeles, working with the firm of Memel, Jacobs, Pierno, Gersh & Ellsworth. Though he initially focused on Corporate and Securities Law, he soon discovered an interest in and talent for immigration issues. In 1986, Bernard Wolfsdorf founded his own firm, at which time he decided to specialize exclsuively in immigration-related cases. 

Today, the Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group is one of the largest, most admired specialty immigration firms in the world. With offices in New York and Los Angeles, the firm assists thousands of clients every year. As the Managing Partner, Bernard Wolfsdorf oversees 17 highly skilled attorneys and a large support staff adept at handling the full range of global immigration issues, from entry visas to permanent residency. Bernard Wolfsdorf is a past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, from which he received the Service Excellence Award in 2011 in recognition of his contributions to the profession, including his pro bono work on behalf of indigent clients. The California State Bar has certified Mr. Wolfsdorf as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law for over 20 years.
