Lav is the world's 5 th largest glassware manufacturer based in Kutahya, Turkey. Completed an R&D team project for the design of a glass production machine component optimizing the level of air intake. The new component improved product quality and machine performance and is installed on all units.

Completed a complex multi-echelon inventory optimization project in the context of stock replenishment analysis for 3, 000+ pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. An active team member providing statistical analysis to determine optimal forecasting parameters such as covariance, variance, mean and standard deviation. This project identified approximately 10% in working capital reductions by providing the optimal product mix and stock levels in support of improved service levels and low cost replenishment.
