Ben is bilingual in Spanish, has excellent problem-solving and management skills, and has the work ethic to manage every aspect of a fine home.
As Mr. Etherington puts it, "I enjoy the challenge of doing many jobs with one goal. Give me your estate management, event production, staff management, construction and maintenance supervision, and food and wine oversight; I'll give you an ideal home environment."
Expect always to have the time to enjoy your guests. Rest assured that your construction projects are appropriately supervised, without your constant attention and stress. Let someone you can trust hire and train your staff. See the expert care of your property and valuables appropriately and thoughtfully delegated.
Mr. Etherington is practical. He says, "Estate budgets are carefully created and followed, maintenance costs are kept in check and property investments retain their value."
