• spent 1000+ hours managing patron, item, program, and technical records and data across multiple databases and systems, including SirsiDynix, OverDrive, and Microsoft Office.

• purchasing large amounts of new items, i.e. books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, etc., for both Adult Circulation and Youth Circulation.

• digitally cataloging and physically preparing numerous items for circulation.

• inventorying the library's 10,000+ collection on 3 separate occasions.

• managing calendars for meeting rooms and display cases, often up to a year in advance.

• substantial organizing of century-old records and archival materials.

• weeding hundreds of old records and substantially organizing the library’s archival materials.

• conducting standard library circulation practices (checking items in, placing holds, sorting mail, shelving, scheduling appointments with upper management, renewing items, answering phones, opening, closing, etc.)
