Provided technical support, document management, and business analysis functions for the Mosaic Company’s initiative to migrate all electronic data to Open Text Content Server (Livelink). Traveled within the state of Florida and to the global locations including sites in Saskatchewan, Canada to support global project and to collaborate with local stakeholders to get buy-in on global migration initiative.
·Compiled Ad-Hoc reports tracking the progress of individual departments in a global-scale system migration project. Seamlessly navigated complex workflow systems to organize and draft reports on migration status.
·Provided deliverables for Testing, Training, and Support phases by using with project development methodology (PDLC/SDLC). Audited migration data to ensure that files inherited pre-set values.
·Developed and utilized standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications.
·Evaluated and assisted in facilitating decisions on products that support business processes and functional areas. Created training presentations, i.e., ISO Certification, Implementation process, etc. Delivered ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Tips & Tricks’ classes.
·Scheduled and facilitated requirement gathering conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the directors and managers of the Engineering, Mining, Accounting, IT, Master Data (SAP team), Geotech & Reclamation, Corporate Audit & Governance, Research & Development teams.
·Provided Livelink functional system setup, configuration and document analysis for the Engineering, Mining, Geotech & Reclamation, Corporate Audit & Governance areas. Established and managed Livelink Cloud access rights and permissions for over 4,000 supported end-users.
·Facilitated strategic discussions among stakeholders, system end-users and IT department on ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 standards.
·Worked with the Environmental Health, Safety and Security department to define and implement document record retention, access requirements and metadata standards for ISO standardized documents. Created IT software guidelines for North American teams or sites.
