Directing the youth ministry through discipleship, leadership development, oversight of youth staff, and Bible teaching Assisting in planning and directing worship services: leading the praise band and Sunday morning worship, planning special services for communion, Christmas Eve, etc. Starting and leading a young adult ministry. Mentoring and supervising the worship intern in Spiritual growth, leadership, andteamwork.

Created curriculum for and taught an overview of the Old Testament, taught and led various Sunday school classes and small groups of different ages. Planned and led an overflow worship service over nine months.
