LeanSquare is a StartUp investments fund from Liège focusing on new economy startups. Since Feb 2014, I have been the CEO and Principal Coach:

- Direct report to the Shareholders Board
- In charge of the Strategy and operations
- Scouting of startups, analysis of business plans and coordination of selection and investments boards
- Day to Day Management of the small team (5 persons, 50 startup in the co-working), local ecosystem animations (100 events/year).

In 5 years, we met about 1500 projects, invested seed capital for about 16M euro in 45 startups, leveraging 50M euro funding.

Microsoft Innovation Centers (Mons)

MIC are joint-venture between local Government and Microsoft to support local Software Ecosystems. As managing director :
- I reported the the Board and manage the entire (small) organisation. 
- Define the strategy, the annual objectives and the budget
- Manage a small team of 5 internal, 10 experts and 25 internships.
- Report to the Minister of Economy and the local government
- Manage day to day operations : market intelligence, communication, educations, prototypes and technology adoptions as well as entrepreneurships boostcamps.

The project has been a great success (branding, local partners impact, open sources,...) and other Belgian regions wanted to create their own MIC's 

- MIC Vlaanderen Genk and Kortrijk (6 months) : Founding Advisor.
- MIC Brussels : (4 years) : Founding director and Board Member

Head of (indirect) Sales for the CRM solution of Microsoft. I used t be the sales budget owner :

- Working with about 40 partners to support Sales targets and business developments of the CRM solutions in Belgium.
- Work in a virtual team of sales, technologists, product experts, marketing team,... to achieve Quarter and Annual sales objectives.
- I support directly the mst complex sales projects in their value proposition strategy and join sales / pre-sales team in customers facing meetings.
