Visual Design/UX
Created & managed design/UX team from inception.  Resource and traffic management. Day to day team management.

Digital Production Manager

The primary purpose of the role was to drive home loan sales. Accountable and responsible for the program management of the UBank website work stream;

- Leading multiple Agile initiatives

- Leading Agile team of designers, developers, content manager and testers

- Manage resource schedule and allocation including design, development, content and 3rd party agency.

- Developed and manage UBank website product roadmap, prioritised enhancements and BAU

- Planning, scoping, budgeting, timings, resource allocation and production

- Stakeholder management. Working closely with marketing, product and customer services to ensure BAU work prioritised & implemented in a timely manner

- Producing and managing site structure using Adobe AEM

- Producing content pages across UBank public site including products, blog, in-line apps (e.g calculators) and web-view pages for iOS and Android
