Vice President for Events

Ateneo Junior Marketing Association (AJMA)
  • Was the overall head of the organization’s events and Events department initiatives
  • Was in charge of overseeing the operations and the execution of sixteen projects simultaneously
  • Managed quality control and gives approval for all projects
  • Handled administrative work (coordinating with the AJMA Executive Board and offices in the Loyola Schools, implementing departmental initiatives such as member training sessions)
  • Events handled vary in nature (e.g. TEDxADMU, AJMA Shindig, AJMA x Habitat For Humanity: One Big Build, The Big Red Bazaar, AJMA Leadership Summit)

Ateneo Junior Marketing Association (AJMA)
  • Spearheaded the strategic planning of four assigned events in the year and was tasked to work closely with the project heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly and that project planning is in line with the branding of AJMA and each event

Irwin Show Head

Ateneo Orientation Seminar (OrSem)
  • Spearheaded the planning of OrSem’s Irwin Show, which is the more formal segment of the 2-day event for over a thousand Ateneo freshmen
  • Tasks included leading a team, drafting the program flow, contacting and coordinating with fourteen speakers, securing performers, and creating the tech scheme

Day Show - Games Head

Ateneo College Fair (A-Fair)
  • Tasked to put on game segments on the A-Fair Day Stage
  • Job was heavy on tech (coordinating with programmers to create the software for the game segments), logistics (securing materials for the games and creating the stage design and layout), and recruitment (finding hosts and participants)
