Dorothy Beach, MBA CIR PHR, is a primary phone researcher as well as a secondary Internet Researcher with long research experience in science, consumer research and more recently in headhunting in some of the largest companies in the US, including ACS Inc, Korn/Ferry and Procter & Gamble.  Her certifications in Internet Recruiting and Human Resources adds value to any company that values their talent recruitment and retention.Past responsibilities were for sourcing mid to executive management positions, competitive intelligence, SharePoint and website development for research archives as well as recruiting metrics and vendor relationships.  During her hiatus she developed her blog, whose purpose is to feature the latest trends, tools and techniques used by recruiters for the initial phase of the recruiting cycle – research and name generation. Currently Dorothy is consulting on Social Media, especially Twitter since she is reseaching that channel and contracting with big-biller recruiters for sourcing candidates in various functions.  She is well connected in the nationally via social networks and  professional groups.
